When you’re close to something, you’re already invested. Time, love, tears and sheer hard graft have gone into your dream. That’s worthy of reflection, but it can also become a barrier.

Decisions that look odd to an outsider can make perfect sense when you know how they came about. And when you’re the one living with their consequences, it can be near enough impossible to view the situation through an unbiased lens.

But we can.

At CALLCUT, our experience crosses many areas of life and business. We pride ourselves on finding the gap in an argument, often in the place that has been ignored for far too long.

We draw on coaching, mentoring and consultancy, with responsible and sustainable thinking running through how we work. Identifying the issue is only part of it. Simply pointing at the answer and leaving you to deal with what was stopping you in the first place isn’t particularly helpful.

So we can stay with you beyond the decision, helping you work through what was holding you back and deal with what comes next. How far we go depends on what you need from us.
